ELIGIBILITY

Anyone who is undergoing routine screening mammograms; or undergoing diagnostic evaluation for breast cancer; or has been diagnosed with breast cancer is eligible for this study.

WHY ARE WE ASKING YOU TO PARTICIPATE?

You are invited to participate in a research study titled Breast Cancer Screening, Diagnosis, and Treatment During COVID-19. The purpose of this research is to understand how the COVID-19 pandemic has affected the diagnosis and treatment of breast cancer.

WHAT ARE WE ASKING YOU TO DO?

We are asking you to complete a one-time survey that asks questions about your experiences with breast cancer screening, diagnosis, and treatment during the COVID-19 pandemic. You can choose to answer or not answer any questions asked on the survey.

TIME COMMITMENT

Your participation in this study is limited to this one-time survey, unless you indicate that you are willing to be contacted again in the future for follow-up. This survey should take 10-15 minutes to complete on average. 

COST, REIMBURSEMENT AND COMPENSATION

There is no cost to you to participate in this research study. We are grateful for your time and participation. To thank you for your time we are offering a raffle for a $50 gift card. Anyone that completes a survey is eligible and we will select five winners. You will be notified by email if you win.
